1 sp0635 SCALE - 2 plug and play type of driver can safely and reliably drive 1200 V to 3300 V, encapsulation is 130 x 140 x 140 mm and 190 mm high voltage and high power IGBT module.It is optimized for the high reliability of the railway industry application.The drive of the master/slave configuration allows safely operate in parallel IGBT module.Motherboard (1 sp0635v or 1 sp0635s) can be used as a separate driver to drive a single IGBT module, without from the board;Can also be used with up to three (1 sp0635d) sharing from the board, driving up to four parallel IGBT module.
Main drive is equipped with optical fiber interface with global fault management functions.In a master/slave configuration from the board through the parallel cable to connect to the motherboard, using the cable transmission utility command signal as well as from the DC/DC power supply voltage.1 sp0635驱动器是基于CONCEPT高度集成的SCALE-2芯片组设计而成,具备高性能、功能完整和极其紧凑的特性。与传统解决方案相比,SCALE-2芯片组还可将元件数量减少多达80%,因此能够显著地提高可靠性,并降低成本。
The driver has dynamic advanced active clamp (DA2C), short circuit protection, built-in deputy party + 15 v DC/DC power supply, voltage stability and voltage monitoring function.The drive can be used for all mechanical compatibility on IGBT module.Plug-and-play configuration can be installed immediately after use, so that users don't need for a particular application debugging and drive investment of time and manpower.

S 1 sp0635v, equipped with universal interface
